🎯 About the Role

This dynamic role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance ad campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Flipkart. You will manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to achieve ROAS/ACOS targets, continuously improving performance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Plan, execute, and optimize performance ads across e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.
• 💰 Own budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to hit targets.
• 🔍 Build and expand keyword sets from search term reports.
• ✂️ Identify and cut wasted spend on low-performing keywords and placements.
• 📈 Monitor daily spend, CPC, and keyword performance, course-correcting in real-time.
• ⚔️ Track competitor ad activity and share of voice.
• 📄 Report on channel-wise ad performance and provide data-backed scaling ideas.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• 📈 Strong interest in performance marketing, E-com or Q-com advertising.
• 🧮 Comfortable with numbers (CPC, ROAS, ACOS, CTR).
• 🧭 Wants ownership and is comfortable with ambiguity.
• 🧐 Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
