🎯 About the Role

Startupechoes is looking for an HR Intern to assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This remote internship offers exposure to startup hiring practices and the opportunity to work directly with founders.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding and campus outreach activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and MS Excel is preferred.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a startup environment.
