🎯 About the Role

LIT is seeking a mid-level designer with strong graphic, motion, and UI/UX basics to develop brand assets across various channels, including digital platforms, communities, and events. This role embraces AI as a creative partner.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎨 Create everyday design assets for LIT’s communities, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• 🏗️ Build templates and visual systems to ensure brand consistency and team efficiency.
• 🎬 Make simple motion assets like GIFs and short video edits.
• 🖱️ Support basic UI/UX work for landing pages and onboarding flows.
• 🤖 Utilize AI tools for references, ideation, and faster execution.
• ✨ Transform rough ideas into clean, sharp, on-brand visuals.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🌟 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication.
• ✨ Strong design fundamentals and a good eye for aesthetics.
• 💻 Experience across brand, digital, social, campaigns, events, or community design.
• 🎨 Comfortable with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
• 💡 Understanding of motion, video editing, and UI/UX design basics.
• 🚀 Actively use or are excited to use AI tools.
• 🧠 Curious, quick to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable figuring things out.
• ⭐ Care about speed, taste, ownership, and getting things done well.
