As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience managing candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR team efforts. This is an opportunity to learn HR best practices and contribute to company growth.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🗂️ Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database
• 🗓️ Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback processes
• 📧 Engage with potential candidates through various communication channels
• 🔍 Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
• 📝 Participate in creating and organizing interview scheduling and candidate assessments
• 🤝 Assist with candidate onboarding and documentation
• 🚀 Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on talent acquisition projects

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ Basic office skills are preferred (communication, organization)
• 🗄️ Strong organizational and time-management skills
• 🔍 General knowledge of Boolean search techniques and job boards is a plus
• 📈 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry
• 🧑‍💻 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• 💡 A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new HR tools and systems
