🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Support the full recruiting lifecycle for Product and Design roles.
• 🔍 Assist with sourcing candidates using various platforms and methods.
• 💬 Manage candidate communication for a seamless experience.
• 📂 Help with recruiting operations, including job postings and ATS updates.
• 📈 Participate in pipeline reviews and talent strategy sessions.
• 💡 Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
• 🌐 Collaborate with HR and business partners across time zones.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 🎯 Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, or people operations.
• ⭐ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 🚀 Self-starter, eager to learn and contribute.
• 👥 Previous internship experience in HR or recruiting is a plus.
• 💻 Familiarity with recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
