Field Sales Intern

🎯 About the Role

As a Field Sales Intern, you will be responsible for expanding our vendor and customer base through direct outreach and engagement. You will be the frontline representative of our brand, building relationships and driving sales in local markets.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Make outbound calls to generate leads and build interest.
• 🚶 Visit local businesses and vendor hubs to onboard partners/customers.
• 📊 Conduct in-person product demos and pitches.
• 📝 Maintain and update a daily sales tracker.
• 📱 Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
• 💡 Coordinate with the internal team to relay field insights.
• 🚀 Assist in local promotional activities and events.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related field with sales/marketing interest.
• 🗣️ Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English is a plus.
• 🛵 Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with local travel.
• ⭐ Self-starter who can work independently.
• 💻 Comfortable with basic smartphone tools like Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
• 📈 High energy, resilient to rejection, and curious about startups.
