This role seeks a creative and growth-driven professional to expand LinkedIn presence and generate high-quality leads. You will drive engagement and build targeted prospect lists through strategic content and outreach.

🎯 About the Role

You will be responsible for creating engaging LinkedIn content, including posts, carousels, polls, and videos, around topics like AI, Data Analytics, Career Growth, and Education. Additionally, you will execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, nurture leads, and manage prospect data.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Create engaging LinkedIn posts, carousels, polls, and short videos.
• 💡 Develop content around AI, Data Analytics, Career Growth, and Education.
• 📈 Analyze post performance and improve content strategy.
• 🔍 Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and build targeted prospect lists.
• 📧 Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns and start meaningful conversations.
• 🤝 Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
• 🗄️ Maintain CRM/database of leads and work closely with internal teams.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📝 Excellent written English.
• 📈 Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing.
• 📱 Experience creating social media content.
• 🎨 Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and AI tools.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and organizational skills.
• 💪 Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• 💡 Bonus: Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video editing, or email marketing.
