🎯 About the Role

The Human Resource Intern will support Valvoline Global Operations’ (VGO) HR teams. We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions through a structured rotational program. This internship provides exposure to Total Rewards, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics, allowing interns to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR operations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💸 Assist with employee compensation and benefits programs.
• 😊 Support wellness initiatives and assist with benefits enrollment.
• 📈 Research industry trends related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
• 🏢 Support OD Team in analyzing and optimizing organizational structures.
• 👥 Assist with developing onboarding processes and new hire orientations.
• 📊 Support analysis of HR metrics and assist in maintaining HR reports and dashboards.
• 🗂️ Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including document processing and data entry.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 🌟 Strong interest in HR functions, particularly talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
• 💬 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 🗄️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 🔄 Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• 📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
