Product Design Intern — Underwear / Intimate Wear

🎯 About the Role

This is a hands-on internship where you will be deeply involved with the physical product, focusing on improving fit, sizing, fabric, and overall product development. You will analyze data, work with manufacturers, and conduct rigorous testing to elevate our product to exceptional standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📏 Analyse returns and customer data to identify fit issues and adjust garment measurements.
• 🧵 Source and evaluate fabrics, conducting wash-cycle tests for durability and performance.
• 💡 Own the iteration cycle for new products, testing for comfort, absorbency, and adhesion.
• 📝 Prepare and maintain tech packs and coordinate sample iterations with manufacturers.
• 🔍 Conduct competitive analysis by disassembling and evaluating competitor products.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Studying or recently completed a degree in fashion/textile design, apparel production, or related field.
• 🛠️ Worked with fabrics and garment construction, understanding the product development process.
• 💯 Cares about product feel and functionality, not just aesthetics.
• 📞 Comfortable interacting with manufacturers and ensuring quality standards.
• 📂 Organized with strong tracking and documentation skills.
