Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to building humanoid robots for home use. This internship involves developing and improving manufacturing and assembly processes, creating fixtures and workflows, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of production for their flagship robot, NEO.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⚙️ Develop and document repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes.
• 🛠️ Build and improve fixtures, jigs, and workflows.
• ✅ Own process validation and durability testing.
• 📝 Produce and maintain accurate CAD and process documentation.
• 🤝 Partner with design and engineering on design-for-manufacturability improvements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🔧 Hands-on manufacturing or mechanical engineering experience.
• 💻 Basic CAD skills (SolidWorks, Onshape, or similar).
• 💪 Comfortable with physical work, including setup, assembly, and post-processing.
• 🎓 Currently studying engineering or a related field.
• 🚀 Builder’s instinct and a hands-on manufacturing aptitude.
• 📊 Process mindset focused on repeatability, throughput, and yield.
• 🗣️ Clear communication and documentation skills.
