This role is critical in scaling campaigns, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities across Meta and Google. You will work closely with creative and business teams to optimize performance and drive measurable business growth.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🚀 Own and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- 📊 Manage campaign planning, budget allocation, and optimization.
- 📈 Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics.
- 🎨 Work closely with creative teams on ad creatives and landing page strategies.
- 🧪 Conduct structured testing across audiences, creatives, and funnels.
- 🔍 Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, and measurement frameworks.
- 🗣️ Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⭐ 3-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- 💻 Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
- 🧮 Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- 💰 Comfortable handling and optimizing large advertising budgets.
- 🛍️ Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred.
- 🧐 Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
