This 10-week program offers hands-on experience in developing cash flow projections, conducting due diligence, and creating financial models for commercial properties. You will work closely with the Private Equity Real Estate team and senior leaders.

• 💰 Learn to develop cash flow projections using Argus and Excel.
• 🧐 Learn the due diligence process for proposed acquisitions.
• 📊 Learn to create and maintain Argus models for commercial properties.
• 📈 Research and collect financial and market data for investment decisions.
• 🤝 Participate in portfolio and broker meetings.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Major in finance, accounting, or economics with a strong academic background and GPA.
• 📈 Keen interest in real estate, the stock market, and macroeconomic events.
• 💻 Superior knowledge of Excel (vlookups, macros, index).
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• 🤝 Outgoing personality and ability to work in a team environment.
