This internship provides crucial exposure to the operational side of a growing healthcare technology firm. You will handle sensitive patient information and learn about administrative workflows within a compliance-driven environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📧 Process and route incoming company mail and business documents.
• 📄 Organize, retrieve, and maintain patient consent documentation.
• 🗂️ Scan, upload, file, and organize records and administrative documents.
• 📈 Support document collection and basic record verification.
• 📊 Assist with maintaining internal trackers and operational records.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Current college student or recent graduate preferred.
• 🧐 Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• 🔒 Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information (PHI).
• 💻 Proficient in email, spreadsheets, scanners, and cloud-based document systems.
• 🧠 Strong judgment and professionalism.

💰 Compensation: $20 - $30 an hour
