🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Assist with sourcing, vendor research, and surplus property management.
- 🚚 Route and track procurement documents.
- 📧 Manage incoming communications and mail.
- 🗄️ Maintain departmental databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- 📊 Update information systems and generate reports.
- 📦 Support procurement staff with clerical tasks.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at an accredited college.
