🎯 About the Role

As part of the Work Place Services Division, you will assist with mechanical and electrical facility engineering projects. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and offers hands-on experience in updating drawings, performing field verifications, and managing facility systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📐 Create and update facility drawings and schematics for mechanical and electrical systems.
• 📏 Perform field verifications and measurements of existing mechanical equipment.
• 🗄️ Enter HVAC system equipment into the Maintenance Management System (Maximo).
• 📈 Verify computer control graphics accurately represent field conditions.
• 📄 Create AutoCAD drawing templates for HVAC projects.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🧑‍🎓 Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering program.
• 💡 High level of technical interest and ability to learn.
• 🔧 Ability to use experimentation for process knowledge and prototype testing.
• 🤝 Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• 🚀 Self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• 🗓️ Available for 10 weeks during Summer 2027 (May-August 2027).

💰 Compensation: $1,635.00 - $3,185.00 biweekly
