This paid position offers hands-on experience in psychiatric rehabilitation, recovery-oriented services, and community mental health. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing recovery-focused groups and activities under supervision, developing professional competencies along the way.

- 🤝 Assist in planning and facilitating recovery-oriented groups and activities.
- 🫂 Support participants in developing essential life skills.
- 🏞️ Participate in community-based skill-building activities.
- 📝 Complete assigned documentation accurately and on time.
- 👥 Attend staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
- 💼 Previous experience in human services or behavioral health is preferred.
- 🗣️ Ability to communicate effectively.
- 🚗 Ability to travel within the community as required.
