As a Brand Strategist, you will work closely with founders to build and evolve the brand's identity, voice, and positioning. This role involves developing and executing creative campaigns, turning insights into strategies, and collaborating with various partners to increase brand awareness and engagement.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✨ Work directly with founders to shape and build the brand
- 📢 Own and evolve the brand identity, voice, and positioning
- 🚀 Develop and execute creative campaigns
- 📊 Turn customer insights and market research into actionable brand strategies
- 🤝 Collaborate with creators, photographers, designers, and influencers
- 📝 Contribute to content strategy, storytelling, and community-building
- 📈 Identify growth opportunities and bring fresh ideas
- ✅ Help establish systems, processes, and best practices
- 💡 Take ownership of projects end-to-end and drive execution

✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🌟 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)

- 📱 Strong understanding of Instagram and social media culture
