You will play a key role in identifying, outreaching to, and managing relationships with creators and influencers. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌟 Source TikTok and Instagram creators that fit the brand.
• ✉️ Send personalized outreach messages to creators and influencers.
• ✅ Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications.
• 🤝 Coordinate with the founding team on program updates.
• 🚀 Recruit new affiliates and creators into the ambassador program.
• 💬 Reply to creator DMs daily with accuracy and professionalism.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✍️ Strong written English and communication skills.
• 🌐 Comfortable with cold outreach via DMs and email.
• 📱 Active on TikTok and Instagram with an understanding of creator trends.
• 💻 Comfortable with Instagram DMs, TikTok, and basic CRM tools.
• ✨ Passion for social media, the creator economy, or influencer marketing (preferred).
