The Human Resources Intern serves as a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting a broad range of people initiatives and operational activities that contribute to Formerra's business success. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, talent management, HR operations, compliance, communications, workforce analytics, and organizational development.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including scheduling and material preparation.
• ✉️ Support HR communications, including newsletters and employee announcements.
• 🗂️ Maintain employee records and support data entry within the HRIS.
• 🎉 Support employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
• 👤 Support talent management processes, including performance management cycles.
• 📊 Compile HR metrics and assist in identifying trends to support business decisions.
• 📧 Manage general HR administrative tasks and respond to routine inquiries.

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 📣 Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
