Develop software for communication and navigation products in a team-oriented environment under supervision.
🎯 About the Role
This internship involves learning to develop, test, and perform software releases for Garmin's products. You will work on real-world projects within Embedded Software, DevOps, Mobile, or Web development teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Learn to develop software in C, C++, or other selected languages.
- 🔬 Learn to test software using debuggers, emulators, and simulators.
- 🚀 Learn to perform software releases and quality assurance.
- 🔧 Learn to perform maintenance activities for existing products.
- 💡 Provide feedback on products in development.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.
- 🌟 Cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0.
- 🗣️ Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 💻 Relevant experience/training in a high-level language (C, C++, C#, Java).
- 📚 Relevant experience/training in data structures or object-oriented design.
- 🤝 Previous experience working in a team environment is a plus.
