🎯 About the Role

This role offers exposure to project cost management, property record maintenance, accounts payable processing, and general accounting functions. Interns and Co-ops will support business operations and decision-making through various analytical and administrative tasks.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📝 Review work orders to ensure costs are captured and support standardization of close procedures.
• 📊 Assist in the maintenance of property records and support data requests for tax preparation.
• 🏦 Review and approve weekly accounts payable files and assist in reviewing pending wires.
• 🧾 Gain exposure to transactional systems and assist in creating monthly billings and reconciling accounts.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Students must be part of a school's Co-op/Intern Program with a 2.7 GPA or higher.
• 🧠 Strong analytical, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• 💻 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint & PowerPoint).
