We're seeking a creative, self-driven individual passionate about social media and effective marketing to help expand Growthline's brand and support client initiatives. This role involves brainstorming, content creation, and digital advertising, offering real ownership and the chance to produce work that ships.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎨 Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts/Reels).
• ✍️ Assist in designing and writing advertisements for digital campaigns.
• 💡 Brainstorm and pitch creative, low-cost marketing ideas (viral, collaborations, outreach).
• 📊 Research competitors, market trends, and effective strategies.
• 🗓️ Help plan and maintain content calendars.
• 📈 Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and report insights.
• ✅ Support day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign execution.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, media, or business.
• 📝 Strong writing skills in English (Hindi a plus).
• 💻 Comfortable with tools like Canva, CapCut, or eager to learn.
• 📱 Active on social media and aware of current trends and internet culture.
• 🧠 Creative thinker who proactively brings ideas.
• 🤝 Self-motivated, reliable, with good communication in a remote setup.
