This internship focuses on providing first-contact support for incoming IT requests, resolving end-user issues, and escalating incidents as needed. You will utilize diagnostic tools, provide hands-on desktop support, and contribute to knowledge base articles. This role is ideal for gaining comprehensive IT support experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• • Provide first contact support for IT requests via phone, web portal, email, and chat.
• • Prioritize and resolve end-user issues with courtesy and efficiency.
• • Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to appropriate technicians.
• • Record, track, and document incident-solving processes.
• • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting.
• • Perform hands-on fixes and preventative maintenance on hardware.
• • Test fixes and contribute to the technician knowledgebase.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• • High School Diploma required.
• • Current enrollment or completion of a 2-year degree program or higher, or equivalent experience.
• • Knowledge of basic computer hardware and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• • Experience with help desk/service desk software.
• • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• • Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
