This position involves providing technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes. You will facilitate communication among staff, patients, and guests, and contribute to the development and evaluation of care plans.

- 🩺 Assess patients under RN guidance
- 📝 Contribute to developing and implementing a plan of care
- ✅ Evaluate care plans and provide patient assistance
- 🏥 Participate in activities to improve healthcare delivery
- 📚 Build clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 👩🎓 Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure (max 90 days)
- 💻 Basic computer literacy
- ❤️ BLS certification within 14 days of hire
