🎯 About the Role
This internship involves learning and managing insurance processes from initial approval to final discharge. You will coordinate with various parties, handle reimbursement cases, and validate patient documents.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📑 Learn and manage end-to-end insurance processes.
- 🤝 Coordinate with Hexa Buddies and hospitals for file follow-ups.
- 💰 Handle reimbursement cases, including discharge processes.
- 📄 Validate patient documents and ensure proper alignment for physical submission.
- 📞 Follow up with insurance companies and TPAs while maintaining accurate tracking using Excel.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💬 Good communication and coordination skills.
- 📊 Proficiency in MS Excel.
- 🎯 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 🤹 Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- 🔄 Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
💰 Stipend: 15,000 (10% TDS Deduction)
⏳ Duration: 6 months (PPO based upon performance)
