🎯 About the Role

This role involves leading engineering projects focused on natural refrigerant systems and improving manufacturability. You'll utilize 3D modeling, conduct performance testing, and analyze data to optimize designs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ♻️ Support conversion of existing designs to low GWP refrigerant systems.
• 💻 Use Solidworks to create new part and subsystem designs.
• 🛠️ Develop new tools, features, or designs to improve manufacturability.
• 🤝 Lead cross-functional discussions to transform requirements into test plans.
• 📈 Manage project schedules and ensure evaluation testing is completed on time.
• 🔬 Work with lab personnel to execute product test plans.
• 📊 Utilize Microsoft Office for data analysis and documentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Enrollment in a 4-year Engineering degree program.
• 🎓 Rising Junior to rising Senior level in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 🤔 Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• 📊 Effective statistical analysis skills.
• ✍️ Effective research and communication skills (written and oral).
• 💡 Problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
