🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎨 Designs presentations, flyers, ads, event materials, and sales support pieces.
- 📄 Produces benefit guides, open enrollment presentations, and informational flyers.
- 🎬 Assists with basic video content for benefit education, including editing and formatting.
- 🔄 Converts and formats files (PDF to Canva, PowerPoint to Canva) and manipulates layouts.
- ✨ Ensures visual consistency across materials and platforms.
- ⚡ Completes fast-paced design requests from internal teams and departments.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 Knowledge of Canva, PDF editing tools, PowerPoint, and general internet software.
- 🎓 Preferred majors: Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications.
- 💡 Looking for experience in content creation, brand guide execution, advertising, and professional communications.
