CX & Lead Gen. (EDEX Internship)

This six-month remote or hybrid internship provides hands-on training in customer experience and lead generation within a specialized program.

🎯 About the Role

The EDEX program is a hands-on training initiative designed to prepare you for roles in customer experience and lead generation, with potential for sales. You'll build essential skills in communication, customer service, and lead management using modern tools and methods, gaining genuine experience on real projects under expert guidance. The training covers sales fundamentals, CRM systems, and practical exercises.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Contact potential customers following approved workflows and scripts.
• CRM Enter and update customer data in the CRM system.
• 🗓️ Follow up with customers and log all activity.
• 🎯 Meet defined daily and weekly targets.
• 📜 Follow company policies and procedures.
• 🗣️ Participate in regular training sessions and meetings.
• 📝 Submit daily reports and performance updates.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 University student in their third or fourth year.
• 💡 Interest in sales or customer service.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade.
• 🧠 Fast learner and a team player.
• ⏱️ Punctual and responsible.
• 💻 Computer or laptop and a stable internet connection.
• 📍 Primarily remote, with occasional in-office days once the office opens (cadence and start date negotiable).
• 🛠️ Good computer and productivity-tool skills.
• 🗣️ Fluent Arabic (required); English is an advantage.
