UX Research & Design Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship provides hands-on experience across the full UX design process, from user research to prototyping. You will collaborate with a senior designer and a team of interns, testing ideas and translating insights into impactful designs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs.
• 🗺️ Build user journey maps, personas, and site maps.
• 🖱️ Create wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• 🎨 Translate business requirements and user insights into design solutions.
• 🔍 Run competitive analyses and share findings.
• 🗣️ Present recommendations and test results to stakeholders.
• 💡 Contribute ideas on feature priorities and the design roadmap.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a UX, graphic design, HCI, or related program.
• 💡 Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and trends.
• 🎨 Strong understanding of design principles.
• 💻 Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• 🤝 Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• 🧠 Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• ⏱️ Ability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
• ✨ Visual design proficiency is a plus.
