🎯 About the Role

This internship offers practical experience in the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding. You will support the HR team in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate records.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial interviews.
• 📅 Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• 🤝 Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• 💡 Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• 📝 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
