This role involves facilitating communication and workflow between departments, analyzing business processes to identify improvements, and supporting strategic projects. You will participate in high-level meetings and contribute to integration plans for new initiatives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Active student with at least 1 year completed towards a bachelor's degree.
• 🗓️ Year-round availability to work in person approximately 15-20 hours a week during the school year.
• 🗣️ Good verbal and written communication skills.
• 💡 Self-motivation and ability to meet expectations while working independently and in teams.
• ⏱️ Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• 🧐 Attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving skills.
• 🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• 📚 Desire to be a continuous learner.
• 🧑‍💻 Ability to effectively manage assignments.
• 🇺🇸 Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
