🎯 About the Role
This paid, full-time internship provides an opportunity to support real business priorities within Process Improvement, contributing to meaningful projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will develop foundational capabilities in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📈 Support day-to-day activities and key projects in Process Improvement.
- 🔧 Manage a manufacturing-related project for results.
- 💡 Determine solutions using continuous improvement techniques.
- 🧠 Demonstrate creative thinking in problem-solving.
- 🗣️ Communicate effectively one-to-one and one-to-a-group.
- 👥 Work effectively with a diverse group to implement project improvements.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Working toward a BS degree.
- 💻 Strong user of Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- 🎯 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- ✈️ Able to participate in the Intern Leadership Forum in Spartanburg, SC.
- 🗣️ Able to participate in the final presentation review in August in Spartanburg, SC.
💰 Compensation: Paid position
⏳ Duration: 11–12 weeks during Summer 2027
