This paid internship offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, university recruiting, and employer branding. It provides meaningful exposure to corporate recruiting within a growing financial services organization.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📣 Support the full recruiting lifecycle, from job postings to interview coordination.
- 🤝 Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to build candidate pipelines.
- 🎓 Assist with university recruiting initiatives and career fairs.
- 🗂️ Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data in the ATS.
- 📈 Support the planning and execution of the firm's internship program.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 💬 Ability to commute to Clayton, Missouri office preferred, but not required.
- 🤝 Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- ⚙️ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
