We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to assist with our social media and CRM marketing initiatives. This role involves hands-on experience in campaign execution and analysis using tools like CleverTap.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ⭐ Assist in creating and scheduling CRM campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages) via CleverTap.
• ⭐ Coordinate campaign assets, copy, audience segments, and timing.
• ⭐ Help create and maintain campaign reports and documentation.
• ⭐ Assist in creating and scheduling social media content.
• ⭐ Monitor social media comments, messages, and community interactions.
• ⭐ Research social media trends and competitor activities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
