🎯 About the Role

This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. You will also manage team tasks, review output, and collaborate with various departments to integrate SEO across platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies
• 🔍 Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• 🌐 Oversee on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, schema)
• ⚙️ Manage technical SEO (site audits, page speed, mobile usability)
• 🔗 Execute off-page SEO initiatives (backlink audits, link-building)
• 📊 Track and analyze performance using SEO tools
• 📝 Prepare SEO reports and insights
• 👥 Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects
• ⭐ Review team output for quality, accuracy, and SEO best practices
• 💡 Provide regular feedback, training, and performance guidance
• 🤝 Coordinate with external vendors and SEO partners
• 🔗 Collaborate with content, design, development, and product teams
• 🚀 Support website launches, migrations, and redesigns from an SEO perspective
• 🎯 Align SEO initiatives with overall marketing and growth goals
• 🧠 Stay updated with algorithm changes and AI search trends
• 🛠️ Contribute to SEO processes, SOPs, and documentation
• 📈 Assist leadership with SEO roadmaps, KPIs, and planning

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🔍 Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• 🤝 Experience managing or coordinating SEO tasks across teams/projects
• 🛠️ Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools
• 💻 Working knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
• 🗣️ Strong communication and coordination skills
• 📊 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
