🎯 About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in the complete recruitment and employee lifecycle within a fast-growing digital marketing and business consulting company. You will work closely with the HR team, gaining valuable insights into HR functions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Source candidates through various platforms.
• 📝 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• 📅 Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• 🗣️ Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• 📄 Assist in onboarding and documentation.
• ✍️ Draft job descriptions and recruitment communication.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, Psychology, or related field.
• 💬 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 🤝 Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• 💡 Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• 💻 Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
