Data Analyst Intern

🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by automating reporting and refining data workflows. You will contribute to creating standardized datasets and dashboards that facilitate more reliable and rapid decision-making.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Identify and automate recurring manual tasks to reduce cycle time and errors.
• 💻 Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows, and/or Python.
• 🗂️ Consolidate data from multiple sources into a single source of truth.
• 📈 Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting packs.
• 📚 Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Diploma/Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• 💻 Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query/Power Pivot); PowerPoint; Power BI.
• 🔍 Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple deadlines.
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills.
• 🐍 Python/R is a bonus.

💰 Allowance: SGD 1,000 - 1,500 per month
