🎯 About the Role
Join the Travel Retail APAC Regional Training Team to support retail performance and training initiatives. You will manage training tools, create e-learning content, and provide administrative support for a globally recognized luxury brand.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✍️ Create e-learning news posts and maintain e-learning module lists.
- 💻 Support the management and upload of training content on internal platforms.
- 🎬 Edit training videos and add subtitles using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro.
- 🎨 Create and update retail and training tools using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- 🗓️ Consolidate and maintain weekly training updates and databases.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 University student or fresh graduate with an interest in retail training and the luxury beauty industry.
- ✨ Digitally savvy with strong content creation and video editing skills.
- 💻 Skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premium Pro, Canva, Capcut, and Excel.
- 🤝 Enjoy teamwork with a positive attitude and good project management skills.
- 🌍 Open-minded, agile, energetic, and desire to work in a multi-cultural environment.
