Visual Merchandising Intern

Support the execution of visual merchandising campaigns and trade animations across Southeast Asian markets.

🎯 About the Role

This internship involves supporting the visual merchandising team in implementing seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and in-store animations. You will gain experience in adapting guidelines, coordinating POSM, and monitoring execution across various retail touchpoints.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✨ Support the roll-out of visual merchandising campaigns.
• 📏 Assist in adapting regional VM guidelines to local store formats.
• 📦 Support the preparation and distribution of VM guidelines.
• 📢 Assist in coordinating with suppliers on POSM production.
• 🏠 Support new store openings and VM setup.
• 📊 Consolidate store photos and market feedback into reports.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Able to commit for a 6 months full time internship.
• 💖 Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
• 🗣️ Strong communication skills.
• 🤔 Problem-solving and project management skills, attention to detail.
• 💻 High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Office PowerPoint, and basic MS Office Excel.
• 📐 Proficiency with Sketchup will be preferred.
