🎯 About the Role

Work closely with the Retail team on daily operations, including stock management, POSM, and sales analysis for all stores. This internship offers exposure to retail standards, participation in store reopening planning, and assistance with sales team training initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🛍️ Work closely with Retail team on daily operation processes.
• 📈 Provide administrative logistics support to retail team and stores.
• 📊 Compile monthly commentary on sales trends and competition data.
• 👀 Conduct weekly shop-floor visits to gather insights.
• 🧑‍🏫 Assist field coaching and role play with BCs.
• 📦 Prepare stock-on-hand monthly data and analysis.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗓️ Able to commit full time internship at least 6 months from Jan 2027 to Jun 2027.
• 🎓 University student or fresh graduate with interest in retail operations.
• 📊 Enjoys numbers, data analysis, report writing and improving workflow processes.
• 💻 Good foundation in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• 🚀 Independent, highly motivated fast learner with positive attitude and good communication skills.
• 🤝 Enjoy teamwork and maintain good relationships.
