We are seeking a Customer Technical Support Executive to help customers with technical questions about our optical products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting, explaining solutions clearly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers hands-on experience with specialized equipment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔭 Assist customers with technical queries on telescopes, binoculars, and optical equipment.
- 📞 Provide troubleshooting support via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- 🔧 Help customers with product setup, installation, alignment, and usage.
- 💬 Understand customer issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
- ⭐ Guide customers on the proper use of product features.
- 🤝 Coordinate with the internal team for complex technical issues.
- 📝 Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.
- 🔄 Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- 🧠 Continuously develop knowledge of products and technical processes.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ⭐ 0–1 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or a related field.
- 🔭 Basic understanding of telescopes, binoculars, cameras, or optical products is an advantage.
