🎯 About the Role

As a Social Media Intern, you will be a key contributor to Olive's content strategy, transforming briefs into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Success involves consistent, on-brand content creation with measurable engagement growth.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎬 Edit and produce short-form videos based on weekly briefs.
• ✍️ Write concise, engaging scripts tailored for short-form video.
• 🖼️ Create eye-catching thumbnails and assist with content posting.
• 📅 Post content at a minimum frequency of four times per week.
• 📊 Track and report on video analytics to measure performance.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging aligns with brand goals.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💻 Prior experience with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• 📱 Strong understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• 💡 Ability to distill longer content into engaging short-form clips.
• 📅 Ability to consistently produce and deliver content weekly.
• 🚀 Creative, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational and time management skills.
