🎯 About the Role

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to grow the digital presence of Prime Legacy Sports and The Lab. You will transform training, game film, photography, and event content into consistent social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and athlete participation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📱 Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• ✍️ Create captions, reels, stories, and social graphics.
• 📈 Identify trends and growth opportunities.
• 💬 Engage with athletes and the local sports community.
• 📊 Track social media performance to determine content drivers.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📈 Experience or strong interest in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Marketing, or Content Creation.
• 💡 Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
• 📸 Ability to create engaging short-form content, captions, stories, and social campaigns.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 🏅 Interest in football, athlete development, sports culture, streetwear, merchandise, and athlete branding.
• 🎨 Basic knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.
• 💡 Ability to recognize trends and translate them into content.
• 🤝 Comfortable engaging professionally with athletes, parents, coaches, and community members.
• 🗂️ Organized, creative, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
