🎯 About the Role

This two-year program offers students the chance to earn an Associate in Applied Sciences degree while gaining paid internship experience. You will rotate between attending classes at Illinois Central College and completing internships at an Altorfer branch.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔧 Rotate between 8-week academic sessions at ICC and 8-week internships at Altorfer branches.
• ⚙️ Learn about Hydraulics, Caterpillar Engine Fuel Systems, Electrical Systems, Diagnostic Testing, and Undercarriage/Final Drives.
• 🚜 Gain hands-on experience in a high-demand skilled trade industry.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ✅ High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license.
• 💪 Ability to lift 75-100lbs.
• 💯 Ability to maintain an above average grade point.
• 💻 Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 🌟 Self-starter with good time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• 🤝 Team-oriented with commitment to detail.
