🎯 About the Role

This annually rotating internship provides exposure to various business areas in Massachusetts. You will support day-to-day operations, develop practical skills, and learn about product formulation, production, quality control, and compliance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔬 Assist with laboratory and manufacturing activities.
• 🧪 Gain exposure to product formulation, production, and quality control.
• 📊 Assist with documentation, data entry, and inventory.
• 📜 Learn and follow SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
• 🧹 Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• 📈 Assist with data collection and process improvement projects.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a high school, college, university, technical, or vocational program.
• 🌱 Interest in laboratory science, manufacturing, quality, or the cannabis industry.
• 🧐 Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• 🤝 Reliable, collaborative, and self-motivated.
• 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 📱 Basic Excel or Google Sheets experience preferred.
