🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses and reports.
• 📈 Support the development of forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
• 🔍 Reconcile departmental budgets and investigate variances.
• 📊 Conduct benchmarking and comparative analysis.
• 🚀 Participate in process improvement initiatives and complete ad-hoc projects.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 💡 Completed or currently enrolled in Finance and Accounting courses.
• ✅ Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles.
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• 🗣️ Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

💰 Compensation: $17.85-19.98 per hour

⏳ Duration: January 2027 through May 2028
