🎯 About the Role

This unpaid internship provides hands-on experience in a dynamic outpatient treatment center, focusing on substance use, mental health, and mood disorders. You will support clients' recovery journeys through individual, group, and family therapy under direct supervision.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Support clients' recovery and contribute to treatment goals.
• 🗣️ Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• 📝 Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and paperwork.
• 📞 Coordinate care with clients, families, and other providers.
• 🧠 Participate in weekly Clinical Team Meetings.
• 📚 Expand skillset with training in various therapeutic modalities.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a master's in counseling or social work program.
• ⏳ Availability to commit 15-20 hours per week, including at least one evening.
• ⚕️ Desire to contribute to a supportive, client-centered treatment environment.
• 🧑‍🏫 Commitment to ethical practice and supervision.
• 💬 Strong communication skills.
