This role is for student interns placed within Seattle Public Schools, focusing on fostering an effective learning environment and meeting the individual needs of students. You will work under the guidance of experienced educators and administrators, developing your teaching skills.

• 📚 Foster a positive and effective learning environment.
• 📝 Plan and implement instructional programs tailored to student needs.
• 💬 Confer with students, parents, and staff to support student achievement.
• 📈 Evaluate and record student progress, preparing reports as needed.
• 🤝 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, and staff.

• 🎓 Currently enrolled in a teacher preparation program and assigned as a student intern.

• 📜 Possess a Bachelor's degree.
