🎯 About the Role

This internship offers hands-on exposure to market analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting within the Integrated Urban Solutions segment. You will play a role in building smart and sustainable cities by supporting the investment and business development team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Assist in market and sector analysis for new geographies, including trends, regulations, and demand drivers.
• 📝 Support the preparation of investment screening materials and opportunity assessment decks.
• 📈 Contribute to the development and review of financial models.
• ✉️ Assist in preparing management reports and briefing materials for internal review.
• 🔗 Support due diligence activities by coordinating information gathering and data analysis.
• 📰 Track industry developments, infrastructure projects, and policy changes relevant to expansion strategy.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project evaluation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Background in Real Estate, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 🗣️ Good communication skills.

💰 Allowance: S$1,000 - S$1,500 per month
