🎯 About the Role

This internship offers practical experience in quantity surveying, assisting with tender documents, contract administration, and cost control measures. You will work closely with the QS team to support various aspects of construction projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
• 📄 Support the QS team in contract administration, procurement, and progress claims assessment.
• 🏗️ Conduct site measurements and assist in evaluating variations and cost control measures.
• 📊 Work with costing and estimation software to analyze project budgets.
• 📝 Assist in reviewing project specifications, contracts, and construction drawings.
• 📈 Support project teams in monitoring budgets and financial performance.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Background in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 📚 Basic understanding of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, CostX, or other quantity surveying software is an advantage.
• 🧠 Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• 🤝 Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• 🌱 Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
